How does this process work?
I will receive your request for service, then email you some potential dates. This is going to set-up an initial meet & greet for us to get to know each other, before your requested care can take place. We speak about your expectations, and you can ask real time questions face to face. We can come to your location, or we can meet somewhere of your public preference. If your require a zoom call, we can set that up.

House sitting, is how we started out! Though we try to care for pets on the daily. The home is the owners safe haven, we take pride in keeping you in the loop when you are away from home! Daily check-in, perimeter walk, plant care, mail collection and more!
How many dogs can you walk at once?
We can walk up to 4 dogs at a time. I can always communicate to you if I am fully booked up. This is a private concierge service for pet's and their owners. This is why I know I can give the best care. We are not a large corporation.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
Yes! I am here for ALL pet's needs. Upon booking you will receive a quote. This only includes, sitting and care fee. This cover's our time, and any mileage. NOT any additional pet expenses. That is up to owner to provide pet/pet's, with supplies needed for proper care. If expenses do occur, owner will be billed, with proof of what was needed, why and total cost of said expense.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Exotics are welcome! ANY and all types of animals are what we do. I have years of experience with reptiles, amphibians, farm animals, horses, small critters and more!
Do you walk dogs of any age and breed?
We require that all dogs be a minimum of 12 weeks old to ensure that they are fully vaccinated and ready to be around other dogs. Aside from that we are happy to walk dogs of any age.

We know pets. We have a passion for what we do, and we make sure you can tell that from the beginning! We feel that trying our service once will be enough to convince you that we are the right choice.
Do you offer pet boarding?
Not at this time. We believe it is always better care to keep your pets where they are comfortable.
Are your prices as shown on services page?
Yes, and also no. Each pet is unique in the care they need, this is our starting point price. Some pet's need a lot of exercise, and other not much. This will all be disclosed when a quote is sent to you for approval.
My dog does not get along with other dogs. Can you still walk them?
In any situation where we are dealing with a potentially reactive dog, we would typically use tools to protect the dog, the owner and ourselves. We also take dogs with these temperaments to a place where they are less likely to become stressed (a more calm neighborhood, or on-leash wide-trail) If the dog were highly reactive, we will avoid areas where other dogs could be off leash.
My pet needs medication, can you administer?
Yes! We are experienced with oral, topical and more!
Will I be able to cancel if something comes up? Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes you can always cancel. This is 100% up to you to hire us. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page where it will disclose what is needed to complete a booked service cancellation.
Are you bonded and insured, background check etc..?
100% We have personal insurance, and professional liability insurance. This is my career, and your pet and home are as serious to me as the success of my business.
How will I receive the daily photo updates you're clients rave about?
I usually recommend downloading whats app. It can be downloaded on to any smart phone device. It works anywhere in the world, anytime with Internet. I usually send my client any where from 25-300 photo's & videos per day. Depending on the job length. If not I can always text them or email works too. I will work with you so you can get the best experience, and the most relaxing vacation knowing and seeing your pets are cared for.
